Response times & data rights
We aim to reply to support and general enquiries within a few working days. Verified data rights requests under UK & EU GDPR (access, erasure, objection) are answered within 30 days — send those to privacy@kriovate.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Refunds for our apps are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
